The Palazzo Almare is a Greek restaurant in Chania. Housed in a Venetian building, recently renovated, in the heart of the Old Port, it has view of the imposing lighthouse and the Mosque of Küçük Hasan (Yali Mosque).

Its refined air, with its main features in stone and marble, and traditional-type chairs create a retro atmosphere: they ready you for a meal that will awaken memories.

The menu-concept is based on Greek/Cretan Mediterranean cuisine with a modern touch. Daily the staff prepare traditional recipes with fresh local produce. You can start with oftes (grilled) potatoes, dakakia, choice grilled mushrooms, juicy chicken, homemade meatballs with pita bread, and proceed all the way to some delicious dish-of-the-day, traditional or gourmet. Complement your culinary journey with selected wines from Greek vineyards, cold beer or a refreshing cocktail. The meal ends with fruit, sweets and raki.
